# Auto-Renewable Subscriptions: Don’t Forget the EULA Link

If your app offers auto-renewable subscriptions and uses Apple’s standard End User License Agreement (EULA), include a link to it in your App Store description. Relying on the standard EULA applying automatically is not enough for this metadata requirement.

Add this line to your description:

Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
```

If you use a custom EULA, configure it in App Store Connect instead. Your app must also provide accessible links to its Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
