# Translate Text and Upload

### Choose a Translation Provider

Choose **Apple** or **OpenAI** for translations.

OpenAI offers more control over tone, better adherence to field length limits, and faster translations.

### Translate or Copy Individual Fields

The checkbox next to each field label determines whether its content is **translated** or **copied from the primary language**to the other languages.

The button next to the field applies this action to **that field only**.

### Add Languages

Click **Languages…** to add a language supported by App Store Connect.

*\[TODO: Screenshot of language selection.\]*

### Set the Translation Tone

Define the tone you want OpenAI to use—for example, professional, friendly, or playful—to keep translations consistent with your app’s voice.

*\[TODO: Add the location of the tone setting.\]*

### Translate All

Click **Translate All** to process texts for your **app, subscriptions, and in-app purchases** in one go. Each field is translated or copied according to its checkbox setting.

Translation logs are generated so you can review the results and investigate errors.

### Use Your Own Translation Tools

**CSV Export/Import** is a cheaper alternative to AI Connect. Export CSV templates, translate them using your own tools, and import the completed files into AbbzThor.

### Upload Your Content

Once everything is ready, click **Upload All** to upload content for your **app, subscriptions, and in-app purchases** in one go. Upload logs are created automatically.

To upload only selected languages, use **Upload Changes** at the language level.
