The History section shows the status changes of past app versions, including when each change occurred and who initiated it. Expand a version to follow its progress through submission, review, and release. Apple: View app status history

It does not provide a snapshot of that version’s metadata. You cannot use it to retrieve old descriptions, screenshots, keywords, or release notes. Keep your own copies if you want a complete release archive.

Check the platform selector at the top. If your app supports both iOS and macOS, select the platform whose history you want to inspect.
